Ayanna Smith is a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist. Ms.Smith is a Graduate of Tennessee State University where she received her BA in Spanish Language & Literature and her BS in Speech Pathology & Audiology. She received her Master of Arts in the area of Speech Pathology and Audiology from South Carolina State University. Ms. Smith has experience working with: language disorders, articulation disorders, phonological disorders, Autism, fluency/stuttering, pragmatics ,adult cognitive disorders, dysphagia (swallowing disorders), dysarthria (voice disorders), teletherapy, and Bilingual/Spanish speech/language evaluations & treatment.  Ms. Smith is also certified to Teach English as a Second Language (TESOL). Prior to becoming a full time speech therapist, Ms. Smith was a middle and high school Spanish teacher.  She is passionate about providing therapeutic services to restore and enhance the gift of communication.
